26/12/2025 - After Christmas

I just wanted to write about how much fun i had this christmas, it's been some years since we don't get presents for it, i think it happened in 2020? Which makes sense because my parents had to worry more about money since then...

Well now we're better, the house they were building in our country is finished (hmm i should make an entry about that too, maybe, but i for now i'll just inform you that having/building a house is way more accessible over there) and there's some people living there as tenants, although my dad keeps paying for the water, i wonder if it's the norm there?


Well whatever, i wanted to talk about christmas, since we don't get the surprise present anymore it was just like any other day until our aunt invited us over, we used to go to her house nearly every weekend when we were kids, but as we grew older (and after 2020 hehe) we kind of stopped, so at first i thought it might be a bit boring, but the day ended up being super fun!

The food was really good too, i hadn't eaten in all day and came back home full hehe, but i'm really glad she did call and we came over, it reminded me how much of a present our ties with other people and how satisfying is to laugh and talk with others, how warm it can make me feel and how valuable it is.


I started writing thinking i'd describe the whole thing but afterwards i thought that maybe i shouldn't be doing that here hmm
